Repairs / Maintenance

We offer a professional repair service for all devices distributed by us. The uncomplicated return of the product with a detailed error description is sufficient. You will normally get the device back within a few days (except DIVA repairs). 
We carry out the repairs in our own service center by expert personnel.

We also repair devices if you did not purchase the product from us.

Consulting / Analyses / Project Management

For the vast majority of projects, we are happy to advise you competently and directly. We propose contemporary solutions that do not overshoot the mark, but are prepared for future changes. Costs are kept within limits or can be integrated into the project. We always keep the interests of the customer in mind.
Only in the case of very complex solutions with different providers, we recommend an external consultant with comprehensive know-how.

RFID standard projects with employee badges
If you plan to use the existing badge for access and time recording also for payment at vending machines, we will help you in a standardized and uncomplicated procedure up to the successful implementation.
For the technical analysis we need a badge, which you send by mail. If you regularly implement projects, we recommend purchasing a third-party tool (e.g. from Mada, Evolution-id) to create a "dump of the card content". The document created by the tool can be sent to our technical department by mail, thus shortening the turnaround time.
Within a few days we will clarify the basic feasibility and present you with solution variants. All free of charge!

Support

After-sales service is very important to us.
Support is available by phone, mail or remote. 

For beginners we offer training courses at the customer's site or in Bösingen, where technicians and project managers can participate. This enables you to work independently with our products and to master basic configurations. Typical support cases can be handled by yourself.
For end customers and operators with modest knowhow, we offer the Support Service Package. With this package you buy a defined amount (1h, 3h) of support services, which you can call up at any time. The remaining time credit in the service package is unlimited.

The increasing networking of our reader and controller systems revolutionizes support. Sporadic errors, configuration change requests and software updates can be carried out remotely.
