TIV is a unique cloud solution for the management of payment systems to solve the increasingly complex requirements in a simple way. The modern cloud solution brings together all the devices used in a facility in one intuitive system: vending machines, charging stations, TouchWaiter and Webload App, Coffee Corner, Micromarket and others.
TIV offers flexible reporting , which allows any targeted evaluations thanks to real-time data from the connected systems.
Two apps are also managed via TIV:
- Touch Waiter: the app controlled pre-order system.
- Web Load: existing data carrier upgrading via the App
TIV supports you in the realization of modern payment and billing functions that previously could not be realized or could only be realized in a cumbersome way.
For simple applications, it is sufficient if the EVATDS statement generated by DIVA2 is sent to the customer without any further software. Hug-Witschi offers a cloud-based solution for this purpose, with which the processes can be fully automated. After transferring the EVADTS file via network or NFC mobile, it is converted into a clear pdf file and sent directly to the customer by mail. Alternatively, the statements can also be stored on an FTP server.
The file contains all important data such as article sales (VAT by product), cashless, revaluations, cash register and tube levels, etc.
The settlement is triggered either by timer or manually.
For certain applications the known EVADTS data are not sufficient. For example, one wants to control the free tool output. Who takes which parts from the machine. For this purpose, each withdrawal must be recorded with information about the user (typically his card number), date, article, etc.
If the vending machine is not online and there is little demand for evaluation, the SpiderFile tool can be used as an additional tool to SpiderOffline.
The transaction data can be read out comfortably with the NFC mobile over the antenna and converted with SpiderFile into a csv file. In Excel, the data can be further processed as desired.
For a more flexible evaluation, TIV or a third-party program is suitable.
The tool allows the reading of XML transaction data via the serial interface (connector s7) of the DIVA2 systems (except MaX) and is mainly used when no RFID antenna (DIVA2 Base Controller) is available, and thus the NFC Mobile can not be used.
The further processing of the transactions can be done with TIV, SpiderFile or a third party program (see Spider).
The EVADTS data provided by the DIVA2 systems can be imported into existing vending programs. On the one hand, this is ensured by the standardized IrDA interface, which is already available in all DIVA2 systems. As an alternative to IrDA in offline vending machines, the data can also be read out via the antenna using NFC.
On the other hand, networked vending machines can import the EVADTS files directly into existing third-party billing programs. For this purpose, we offer different variants in the cloud (FTP, web service).
The data read out via NFC Mobile also reaches the billing program in the same way after being read out on the PC.
Transaction data is read out in a similar way and can be imported into existing back-office solutions with Spider (online or offline).
